It does NOT affect potency, but there may be side-effects. Also, if you are intoxicated you are more likely to forget whether you have taken a tablet or not.

some of them also most antibiotics as well as birth control pills are. your pharmacy should be able to tell you if your bottle doesn't

No but it does effect the ability to make clear decisions which you apparently don't have.

any kind of alchohol denatures the antibiotics rendering them useless.
