Are there any that this isn't true for? I know it's true for Judge Joe Brown, Judge Judy, The People's Court, and Divorce Court.

It's not always the case. The original People's Court had a male judge (Wapner) and a male baliff (Rusty).

I have noticed that as well. Judge Mathis is the only exception.
