Many people tell me that putting cold (frozen) spoons on your eyes help reduce puffiness...Do i use metal or plastic spoons to put in the freezer & set on my eyes

I am sure that they meant metal because the icy effect is what you are looking for. Be careful because the spoon can stick to your eyes and burn the skin. I suggest that you use cold sliced cucumber instead.

metal spoons will hold the cold longer than the plastic...good luck! I also use a bag of peas - ugly but effective!

Metal spoons. And make sure you genlty wipe off the spoon before you use it so it doesn't stick any...oh,and you use the back of the spoon.

metal, and not the freezer, fridge for 15 minutes or so will be fine. then place on the eyes for 5 mins or so.
