I want a cell phone because most of the people in my class got one or more cell phone. My parents are extra cheap. They always show their cell phones in my face, I want a cell phone or a motorazor. What should I do.

How old are you?? Why do you need a cell phone? Do you get many phone calls?? I know your classmates have one and it is a trendy thing to do but if you don't need one, why waste your money??
As for the 7 year old kid, it isn't even his cell phone because he isn't paying for it. His parents are.
Do you know what's cool?? Buying your own cellphone and pay for you own bills, that's even better.

⥠don't say ur parents r cheap. just cuz u don't get everything u want, ur parents love u & they give what u NEED. a cell phone isn't something someone needs unless their parents r divorced. i'm 11 & i just got a cell phone. my sister has had a cell phone since she was 8 y/o & she got an ipod last year. i wanted both really bad, but i never nagged about not having them becuz my parents r good 2 me & give me everything i NEED: food, clothing, shelter, & school. i couldn't ask 4 more. ur parents love u & u know what? there r thousands of kids out there that would love 2 be in ur shoes. some kids don't even get fed. would u rather starve 2 death or not have a cell phone? be thankful 4 what u already have, hun. one day, u'll realize that that's more than enough. â¥

My 6 year old grand daugther wanted a cell phone for Christmas or her birthday, my daugther went to a private school and 95% of the students walked around with cell phones.
Ask your parents to purchase a pay as you go cell phone for you on your birthday. Buying minutes can really add up.
Another suggestion can be to work for a cell phone too.

Get a job. Now is the time of year for shoveling snow for neighbors, raking leaves, or if you're in warm weather, try mowing lawns. Babysit, clean houses, do small repairs. Quit complaining and do something about it. I'm sure your parents supply you with what you NEED, it's up to you to get what you WANT.

What should you do?
First, you should stop comparing yourself to other kids.
Second, you should start respecting your parents and try to see things from their perspective.
Thirdly, you should be thankful you have parents who care about you. Many kids don't!!!
Any kid can be a brat, but it takes character for one to do do the three things I just named.

I doubt they are "showing off" that's most likely a delusion that your jealous mind has developed.Maybe they can't afford to get you one of your own.Perhaps they feel it's uneccessary for you to have one.How old are you?Maybe if you get a job they'll let you get one,seeing as you'll be able to pay for it and front the monthly bill yourself...........TALK TO THEM ABOUT IT!!Good luck!

save your money and get one...or you could ask your parents if they will buy you one...but you shouldnt want some thing because every one else has it....
