I have a c.d. that is full of mp3s and itunes will not even read the c.d. SO how do I convert the mp3 so itunes will import them?

The c.d. is read and played in windows media player....

Try to write the files onto your computer first and then have iTunes look for more files. I'm pretty sure that iTunes works with mp3 format anyways. The WMAs need to be converted but my iTunes did this automatically to any it found on my computer.
ps make sure the cd is actually readable (not scratched)
