Well, I would leave the immediate area, and try to level up some more. Inside Sin and the Omega Ruins houses some of the best monsters to fight if you wish to level up quickly. Also, if you can manage it, there are some very good tricks that you can try. If you can, customize a weapon that has either Double or Triple Overdrive and Overdrive--AP. Set the character that has this weapon to a specific overdrive mode, and then fight enemies that would help to fully utilize the potential of this overdrive mode. For instance, Don Tonberry hits for an incredible amount of damage, so set the Overdrive mode to Comrade or Stoic. Using this method, you can get up to 99 sphere levels for just one fight, and you don't even have to win the fight.
If you simply don't feel like doing that because it is a lot of work, you can zombie Braska's Final Aeon. You can cast Curaga and throw potions at it, but do it quickly. The Pagodas will harm the Aeon only once, but then they will cure it of its zombie status. I also believe that the Final Aeon is vulnerable against certain breaks, so bring out Auron and go for it. Using an aeon's overdrive comes in handy, so focus on getting Yuna's overdrive up. After releasing an aeon's overdrive, the aeon is probably going to die, so make sure you get that overdrive hit in. Other characters' overdrives are good, but with the exception of Wakka's attack reels, an aeon's overdrive is your best bet. Attacking the pagodas is not effective, so focus on the Final Aeon. Magic that is less powerful than level three spells, Flare, and Ultima are useless. Just keep pummeling away at the Final Aeon, and keep an eye on your HP. You'll eventually get it done.

If you're having trouble beating his final aeon, you might want to level up some more in sin and boost your stats. Also Yuna's and Aurons ultimate weapons are a must. Just have a party with Auron and Yuna and one other character. Yuna can be a healer with Auron adn another heavy hitter dealing damage. Make sure you defeat the stones at his sides because they heal him every turn. You might want to have tidus as your third party member and have his limit breaker ready to hit all three at once with Auron contining attacks and Tidus joining after defeating the two stones. (They can revive!)
