1. Less funding to public schools in my neighborhood has led to wealthier families moving to "better" school districts.
2. New housing has drawn the mid-upper middle class out, and vacant houses often become rent houses or fall into disrepair.
3. With the above issues, less money has been invested into the neighborhood by the city and often streetlights are out, resulting in crime.
4. Streets have fallen into disrepair.
5. retail shops and modern conveniences move to the "wealthier" sides of town...to which people would like to live closer and leave the old neighborhoods.

1.) alcohol
2.) neighbors who drink too much alcohol
3.) Apartments (people rent, not buy, apartments and homeowners make a neighborhood a better, more stable, place)
4.) Dogs (is it your right to bark while I'm sleeping? Nope.)
5.) homemade little motorscooters...you know what I'm talking about. Those excrusiatingly obnoxious lawn-mower moter-scooters that trashy little 12 year olds ride about the neighborhoood.

1. Mmmm, I am going to get blasted for this, but a bunch of evacuees moved in and they arent the nice polite ones either.
2. Loud rap music all hours of the night
3. Dogs barking and dog crap everywhere from people not picking it like they are supposed to.
4. Screaming kids running around beating each other up all day and night
5. And finally, durg dealing going on.


I am moving in February thank god.

- taking of drugs and having drunkards all over the place.

- no environmental sanitary to keep the environments clean.
- the issue of political harrasments.
- having no guarantee that there is safety in the neighbourhood due to threats and no law guiding the community.

- Inner racism and other forms of discrimination within the black community.

- Father who leave they're children physically or emotionally.

- Mothers who care about their babies, but don't care to really raise them.

- Lack of care from the school systems and authority figures.
