Question about Vauxhall Agila Hatch Door?

Help! The lock on the Hatch Door will not unlock. It's just happened. I've tried WD40 but it makes no difference. I've lowered the rear seat hoping I could free the lock with a screwdriver but the moulded inside cover prevents you getting at anything.
Is there anyone who can tell me what to do, please.

Likely to be the lock that is faulty, i have replaced afew on agila's for same fault in the past.

take panel off door check locking bar is still in place on th lock9SMALL CLIP)
