How do you get a friend code? I don't know what to do! Is it like on the box or something? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ha, i remember going what you went through... okay well first you have to go somewhere where WI-Fi is provided like McDonald's or the library, Starbucks. Then go to the main gate in your town in your game and talk to the dog that's not fat and he will give you your friend code! Email me if you've got questions. And if you have a laptop with you, you can go to http://www.animalcrossinglive.com and you can have people chill in yer town. But you need your friend code first.

You need another friend with the game to send you an object in the game, then give you the code in real life, then you go to Tom Nook's shop, go to "Other Things" then "Give Code," put the code in and Tom Nook will give you the item

you can ask cooper in the gate building or it might be booker, im not sure but one of them willl give you the code
