I used to be very uncomfortable when a thing like this happened. I was afraid he would make fun of me, accuse me of "reading" something into the situation. Finally it clicked in my brain, Hold your head up, turn it on him. Out loud and vocal if necessary. He is wrong wrong wrong. And he knows it. Nice only to the degree to not sound like a shrew. So keep the voice nice, but the words right to the point.l Remove your hands. If he says one word except "sorry" and removes his hands, look right at him and say. " I call the cops before I ask again." This person has been harassing you. Good living. Let them know " its your way or the hyway via the cops"

If you have all ready told him that it makes you uncomfortable....then a good HARD SLAP should get his attention and it would be best if you slap him in public. Embarrassment will go a long way toward helping him grow up.
In my book... girls / woman deserve the utmost respect and care. Sometimes a girl must stand up for herself and demand respect and honor.
Now.. if you have not told him... then, politely tell him in front of your brother. They may laugh.. but that is okay, you cant stop that... Its a boy thing... Either way you will have gotten your message across. Men can be slow learners and it takes a girl / woman to teach them.

In a nice way just tell him to stop touching you. If it makes you feel uncomfortable. And if that doesnt make him stop you can always go to a counseler at you school even if your brothers friends dont go to you school you can still talk to your conseler because he/she will help you with your problems also. best of luck

Okay first of all tell him to stop it. Then when he refuses go to your friend and ask her to tell him since he is her brother. If that doesn't work then go to the parents and tell them what he is doing and that you do not want him to do this to you anymore. and I hate to say it but if that doesn't work then you can go to the authorities and have them to take care of it for you. But then you will have to file a personal complaint.

Since you hate what he does why don't you tell him to stop doing it? Some people have to be told to get the message. Otherwise you might have your friends tell him. Whichever makes you comfortable.

If he's younger than 14 than his horomones are whack and he's just going through changes and he has the urge to experiement.
if he's older than 14 than he's just a perve and is not doing the best at trying to flirt with you.
If he's older than 18 then call the cops.

The next time he does it, remove his hands, look him in the eye, and say that it bothers you when he does that, and not to do it again. If he does it the next time, either slap him or make a scene in front of your friend.

Is he hot? Or at least good-looking?
Because if he is, then enjoy. He for 150% has a crush on you.
