most digital cameras work with the 360. Just use the USB cord that , hopefully, came with the camera.

The way I did it without xbox live was actually wirelessly, so I dont know if this helps you at all. But I had a wireless card on both my 360 and my computer and there instructions in the Media tab on the 360 that redirects you to a website where you download a program that allows your computer to talk to the 360.
