That's very abnormal unless you very recently had a similar situation as the song describes. Do you identify with what the song describes in some way? A song can connect with you emotionally by if you're crying until your head is throbbing you may have other issues that need addressed.

Don't worry; just because it takes the death of 7 people to make me cry, a lot of people get REALLY emotional after listening to sad songs:p

that is not normal, but not necessarily bad.
ask yourself how often something like that happens and what situation you are usually in when it happens. if it happens too often and is affecting you in a negative way, seek help; otherwise, savor the emotion for what it is.
