I have like a pimple on my nipple. It really hurts when i touch it. It is not red or something like that. and is the size of a pimple. it has been for 3 days and didn't go. when i touch it doesn't move(bcos others told me that to be a cancer it has to move) i am 19. what could b? I am worried but shy to go to a doc.

Its natural to have have bumpy bits on the areola, they are called Montgomery's glands or Montgomery's tubercules. their function is to secrete lubricant onto the breast and keep them supple. Cancer does not have to move just as a little extra info. That aside.... if its sore then see a doctor, there could be an infection. Are you sure you are not pregnant as the tubeules get bigger during early pregnancy!;
