"Safe" and "friendly" are not quite mutually exclusive, but my bet is that the safest country is not also the friendliest. Those are tough to quantify, too... safe, as in low crime? Safe as in least accidents? Friendly as in giving, or friendly as in warm, welcoming people?

My vote for safe: The United States or Germany.
My vote for friendly: Brazil or Denmark.

Born and raised in the USA would not want to live anywhere else! So I would say the USA it must be everyone else wants to live here also
