Dreamgirls or Rent?

What movie is better? I'm not sure which song is better either, "And I Am Telling You" or "Seasons of Love".

We actually clapped at the end of some performances in Dreamgirls. I saw it last night - just wonderful!

Seasons of Love is a great song very powerful actually moved me more when I saw Rent on stage.

Jennifer Hudson's rendition of And I Am Telling You - blew me away.

Although, I would take the stage version of Rent over any version of Dreamgirls anyday, the Dreamgirls movie goes above and beyond the Rent movie. Its just so well made, and the performances are all really good (I don't know if they deserve awards, though.)
When I saw Dreamgirls, people actually clapped after And I Am Telling You, so I might have to go with that one.

I would defineltly have to say dream girls by that they have the electryfining performances and dazzaling numbers. In 1960s Detroit, a good night onstage can get you noticed but it won't get your song played on the radio. Okay, I'm gonna be different here and go with Rent. I like the songs, characters, and story much better. "What You Own" is one of my favorite songs on Rent, followed closely by "One Song Glory." Great movie!
