Sometimes when you are sick you may feel warm but not have a fever. That's perfectly fine. A fever is just your bodies way of killing of germs. If you are sick for a long period of time and not getting better then see a doctor.

I haven't had a fever for at least 10 years, if not longer and I have been sick. I wouldn't worry about it.

Some people just have better immune systems then others. I rarely get sick and can only remember having a few fevers in my life and I'm 37. Sometimes I feel warm, but when I take my temperature it's normal.

Yes. Not all illnesses warrant a fever. Fever typically means the flu or some kind of infection. I'm just getting over a really bad cold that knocked me for a loop. I never had body aches or fever which is how I know that it's just a cold and not the flu.

It means it's a bit (or a lot) more serious than just a cold. I think it is common though to have a slight fever during the flu. Keep taking your temperature, maybe take a tylenol to help ease it, but if it exceeds 101 definitely go see a doctor. Best of luck and I hope you feel better soon!

From personal experience with healthcare, there are many many people who visit the doctor who feel awful but have no fever. I'd say totally normal. You only get a fever from an infection, if you don't have an infection then no fever I guess.

yes, it's very normal to run a fever when sick that's what happens most of the time actually, i think it's very odd that you never ran a fever before

Having a fever is your body's reaction to your immune system fighting off whatever bacteria or virus in ur system. It's pretty normal. However you do want to try and keep it down or in other terms "break it". Try alternating Tyenol and Iburpoen. Also it should be below 103...if it reaches that point...go to the hospital or urgent care.
