Sweet faerie, when emotions become entwined and beyond our control, it is difficult to interpret the truth...

The more hand moving, the less real the emotion. It's like a magician distracting the audience with lots of hand waving--no one moves the hands that much, and when caught up in emotions, the body basically stops moving because the mind is distracted by the emotion happening at that moment. If the hands are going, it's because the person's mind is the opposite of distracted--it's working hard to convince others.

If I'm not sure about that emotion, I know it's false.
That makes sense.

You don't. Hence the grappling with said emotions. One can only know for sure once the entire emotion has been seen through to the end.
*that was not meant to be insulting. I hope you know that.

Hm. I think that emotions are always genuine. I think that they can be attributed to the wrong thing, or hidden, or misdirected, or misunderstood. But I think that the feeling is always true.

i always think that emotions are kind of involuntary, so i don't think they can be false but, they may not necessarily be what we want to feel.

Yes- but I can't define it. I guess there is just enough doubt to say I can't continue it.
Pool god says it well..."that twang of guilt."
