According to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Climate_of_Puerto_Rico, Puerto Rico enjoys warm and sunny days most of the year. The regular temperature range of Puerto Rico is between 80°F to 90°F (26°C and 31°C) along the coasts and between 73°F and 78°F (22°C and 25°C) in the interior. The temperature in the south is usually a few degrees higher than the north. Temperatures in the central interior mountains are always cooler than the rest of the island.

It depends on the place. Near the coast (shore) it's usually between 70-80 degrees but if you live in the center area the temperature can get pretty cold, sometimes it has reach 49 degrees (Fahrenheit). I live in Cayey, a center area city and is pretty cold during Christmas, the colder temperature I've seen here is 51 degrees.
