Is there any way or any software that I can use to make my screen resolution better..right now its at 640 by 480 ..I just recently installed the OS (XP) again but it won't let me change it..any ideas?..I already know how to change it and all but this time it won't let me ..its at 16 bit medium..any software?

You have the default Standard video drivers installed. Download and install the drivers for your video card, then you will be able to change the resolution.

Reinstall your video card drivers. Check your discs for the drivers, or, if you know your card's manufacterer and model number (printed on the card itself, probably), visit its Web site and download the needed drivers.
If you don;t have a video card, check for a motherboard drivers disc in your disc collections, or for drivers from the motherboard manufacturer.
