I've made several GIFS,but none of my programs are suited for viewing them at the correct speed. I need some suggestions on some decent programs to view them with. I would also prefer the viewer to shrink the GIFs slightly when they are viewed. I don't want them really small like the ones you see next to people names in forums. Just a little smaller than original. Thank You.

I am not sure what you are asking

You can view GIFs using Internet Explorer, or Preview, etc which are standard Windows software.

In VB you can show a GIF in a picture format.

In XP before you email a picture it actually asks you whether you want to reduce the size of the picture before you email it to allow for users who only have dial up access
