I have T-Mobile and I was wondering what phone you would recomend. I have a Samsung T309 and its a peice of S*** my voicemail doesn't work, my phone doesn't always ring when I get a call and it won't tell me I have missed calls for a couple of days. My headset doesn't work for it either.
Any thoughts or suggestions? I love my T-Mobile service, just hate my current phone.

Since I use to be a T-mobile rep, I recommend that you call customer service and please call on an alternate phone, call 1-800-937-8997 and let the rep know of the issues you have. She/he will be able to trouble shoot and this will deem if its the phone or the service. If it is the phone you do know that you have a 1 year warranty on the phone. If its over a year then you will be able to upgrade, customers can upgrade their phones every 11 months. Of course this will require a contract renewal. You get the best price on a 2 year contract. They are opened 24/hrs a day so call them they will be happy to help you.

I have Tmobile.
I have their razr.Its good. Sound quality not always the best, but they are wicked cheap right now with an upgrade. Oh and its durable also. Easy to use. Nice layout.
I dont know about a headset, I use a bluetooth and it works great with it.

ive always used samsungs and they've always been very good...i recently switched to nokia and then i had to return it cause it was causing me too many problems...now i have a samsung trace and i really like it....you can call tmobile and tell them you want to speak to an account specialist and the account specialist can give you a better deal on a phone than what is advertised...
