Actually it does, to a point, probably less then 1%.
The closer the penis is to the cervix the more sperm will survive. Often doctors recommend infertile women to change sexual position for closer cervix to penis contact to insure a pregnancy.

If you are wondering about the size of the penis, no it does not matter.
A woman becomes pregnant when her egg is fertilized by sperm from a man. Sperm is present in semen (***) and also in "pre-***", the fluid on the tip of a man's penis. A woman can become pregnant when she has sex with a man who has a penis of any size. A man does not have to ejaculate (***, get off, reach orgasm) for a woman to become pregnant, although it is more likely to happen if he does.
I encourage both you and your friend to use condoms to protect yourself from STIs (sexually transmitted infections) and pregnancy.
If your friend is too shy to bring up birth control with her partner, I wonder if she is ready to be having sex?

Size has no effect on getting pregnant except maybe shortening the distance the sperm have to travel to get to the egg.

size doesn't count as long as the sperm enters the womb and meets the eggs and fertilizes them. size matters to the nympho, not to the norm.

Do you mean weight? Being overweight can make it more difficult to get pregnant but not always.
