Drink more beer!

Expend as little energy as you can. Remember that exercise is the bain of the fat man. Keep a cooler of beer next to the couch so you don't have to get up to fetch one.

Skip them little donuts - have a whole coffee cake for breakfast. Forget coffee, wash it down with a beer.

Keep bags of chips and candy bars in the car, to sustain you while journeying from one food source to the next. Don't forget a cooler of beer on the backseat. A guy can get thirsty, ya know.

Hit the local bar and grill for a three beers/three burgers lunch. None of those sissy martoonis for a big guy!

Be sure to stop at a different establishment to 'have one or two or three' on the way home from work. Doan wanna enybuddy tinkin' yous is a drunk er nuttin. Grab some peanuts and 12 pack for the long ride home.

Skip the meat and potaters for supper - it's too late to start cooking anyhoo. Go right for the gallon of ice cream, and chocolate sauce. Hmmm... what would a beer float taste like?

Make sure the cooler by the bed is stocked before turning in. You know how thirsty you've been when you get up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. A beer sure would come in handy then.

Repeat daily until you have achieved your desired physique.

Is it too firm because you workout or is it just natural? if you workout, then lighten up on your leg workout (especially squats and stiff legged dead lifts) which utilize or incorporate the glutes. To keep your legs still toned, limit to leg curls, extensions, abductions and adductions.

If you don't work out then your "problem" can be cured by increasing your caloric intake. Eat more food!

try following this regimen:

7:00 a.m. : video games

10:00 a.m.: eat 3 egg mcmuffins at McDonalds

10:30 a.m.:stop at dunkin donuts for 6 boston cremes, 2
glazed, and a bavarian kreme

11:00 am: watch tv

2:00p.m. eat 16 double cheeseburgers, and 6 large fries at
burger king

7:00 p.m.: computer games

8:00p.m.: eat everything on the menu at wendy's

10:00p.m.: sleep

Please listen to me: There are people who would practically kill someone to have your problem. Don't knock it. Flaunt it while you have it. If you don't keep your butt toned, the flab you seek will find it--you don't have to worry about that. Trust me.

dont do any workouts that would tone the muscle.... other than that, theres really nothing you can do and at least ur butt isnt toooo flabby!
