I always say God don't like ugly. Be glad they gave you a salad. There are starving people in the world and you are thinking about bringing a law suit against someone that didn't give you any dressing or napkins. I do hope you are joking.

When dining out you may need to be assertive sometimes. Wait Staff can be very busy and forget who ordered the blue cheese dressing with the garden salad! It's worth being assertive so you can enjoy your meal. Most Wait Staff are willing to please and try very hard, afterall they know that if you enjoy your meal the chances are their tip will be substantial. So all you have to do, plain and simple is to speak up! Good Luck, you can do it!
