What is your favorite clothing store?

I'm not sure how old you are, so it makes it difficult to suggest clothing stores.
If you're in high school still... a store selling brand names like Roxy would be good if you're into that scene. Tilly's, Macy's, and other surf shops specialze in that. If you're looking to save money, Nordstrom's Rack actually has the brandname clothes at at least 30% off!
Other stores you can check out would be Wet Seal, Charlotte Rousse or Forever 21.
If you're older and in college, then you have more options. Old Navy sells fantastic items that are decently priced and are fashionable.
Post-college, I'd suggest the Gap or even Express Fashion. They're both great stores that cater towards young women in their 20s -- and aren't terribly expensive.
Just wear whatever you feel is comfortable and stick to the sales -- saving money is great because you can buy more!

A&F, AE, DIY, Juicy Couture- I like to call it Juicy, and Hollister.
Or, if you just want help buying clothes but you are on a budget- hit Gap or Old Navy. YIKES!
