They pay a little above min wage. My area min wage is 6.75 and they pay 8.10. Not bad plus you pay only 5 percent above what they pay for products with your discount and you get blue bucks bonus (500 to spend in the store) if you reach certain sales goals as a store.

high school student??? they'll probably have you be a cashier at min. wage or higher...some depts are min. wage plus commission, but since you're in high school, i wouldn't be surprised if they stuck you as a cashier...
