Does anyone know a website that have codes for bypassing recorded voices when I call certain companies?

There is a website with a list of the codes but I can't remember it. The list consist of banks,mailing companies,etc. I'm looking for USPS code in particular. I'm trying to get through to a live person instead of a recording.

The best way I have found is to do nothing. Pretend like you have a rotary phone and cannot push the tones when it asks you to make a choice. Just stay on the phone and do not make any choices. Eventually, you can get to an operator. Also, some companies use 0 or star to get to an operator.
