Let's see...if the fox were adept at skating (its a rule, you know), could pass the puck with a stick (between his teeth perhaps?), was able to understand basic rules like icing, off-sides, etc, and refrained from biting those who check him into the boards, of course he shouldn't be allowed to play in the NHL. He's a fox. Even if he's an artic fox, he is still and always will be a fox. Perhaps he could rally a game of shinny on the pond in the woods with a beaver as goalie and a moose as an enforcer...
