Loud and violent, but always, when I'm alone. I hold it when I'm with other people.

I believe if the spirit moves ya, you should let it out!! LOL --- Actually, I've heard it is better to let a sneeze out at it's full force. Supressing a sneeze can lead to sinus troubles. It's not healthy to fight a sneeze. I've also heard that a sneeze basically shakes up the brain waves and this is a good thing.

I can't control it unlike some morons seem to believe. Mine are quite loud though. I snore loud too!

When im around other people I usually stifle my sneeze even though I've heard its bad for your sinuses, but no one likes a honker of a sneeze that feels like your blowing snot on everyone within a ten foot radius.

Mine are quite because I hold my nose, bad habit. My husbands are loud, the first time I heard him blow his nose scared the bejesus out of me. He sounded like an elephant! I still laugh every time!
