It is a possibility. The one day period, if light is called spotting and sometimes indicates pregnancy.

If you have missed a pill, come off the schedule that you normally take your pills, or been on antibiotic and have been sexually active then you very well could be pregnant. If not then it might just possibly be that your birth control is limiting your cycles and you should be thanking your lucky stars if that's the case. If it's still a little weird next month then I would take a pregnancy test to make yourself feel a little better.

You could be pregnant. Not all birth control works. I got pregnant on the pill, and I never missed one. It could also just be your pill messing with your body, sometimes it can shorten periods, or make them longer. If you are worried about it I would take a test just to make sure :)
