The oxygen sensors have heaters built into them to get them up to operating temperature quickly while the exhaust warms up.

If you replaced the O2 sensors but did not clear the codes (you have to manually clear the codes with a code reader or scan tool after affecting a repair) then clear the codes. If they come back replacing the O2 sensors did not fix the problem. Next thing to check if that happens is if the O2 sensors are getting the proper voltage.

When you replaced the sensors did you clear the codes? Are the sure it not the up steam o2s? If it is the code for the down stream o2s It the heater side. This can be because a wire from the o2 connector running back to the ECU is rubbed through and shorting to ground. You'll need to trace the wire back to the ECU and repair any troubles found. If no problem is found then It could be a fuse for the heater element or the ECU itself.Good luck hope I helped

obd11 are related to the catalytic converter. Usually you have one sensor before and after the converter. keep in mind that O2 sensors must be tested with the engine at 2500 RPM, the engine warmed up and the O2 sensor up to operating temperature.
