I'm not depressed, but I just haven't been hungry for say the past week or so. I didn't even eat much at Christmas. I think i've lost about 5 pounds, and it is starting to worry me. I have to really force myself to eat. Any ideas? I'm taking all my vitamins, my iron, etc. so I know that is all up to par. Thanks!

are you on your period? when i'm on mine i sometimes loose appetite. you could just be changing. anything drastic happen someone die? that could also affect your appetite. keep taking your vitamins so you dont get sick. if it continues to worsen or you get worried then see a doctor and ask what you can do. do not force yourself to eat if you dont want just maybe have some bread. drink lots of water and other fluids.
your metabolism might have changed. that could affect your appetite drasticly.

have you ever noticed that in the winter time alot of people get a little down. the sun rises late, and sets early, and it dark around 4;30. i dont really eat much myself mostly in the winter, i myself need to force myself to eat. there is nothing wrong, your not depressed so to say but just a little down my dear and that can make you lose ur appetite, even stress.

have you taken your temperature lately? do you have some kind of fever? how are your energy levels?

a loss of appetite probably isn't a big deal assuming everything else is ok, but if it continues, then I would probalby go ask your doctor about it.. What kind of food would you die for after not eating for 12 hours...could you pig out on it? good luck

that happened to me before. i really iam hungary but i eat anyway. u should check ur tempature. also u might be getting ur period soon.
