Buy an old fibreglass dingy, fix the leaks and keep it upright with big stones, The seats are good for your plants and I fitted the circulating pump to the bung hole in the bottom and back in over the stern. I left the mast in mine , it made a brill pond and gave the neighbours a laugh. It lasted nine years before it split along the keel.

I need more detail Because if you just put a pool on the ground you will have problems with freezing etc

You will have better luck than looking for an underground one, unless you're a dowser.
