My only "resolution" is NOT to make any New Year's resolutions.
Years ago I read (somewhere) that it was much better to make resolutions around your birthday. First, a birthday is a good time to reflect on the year just past and, then, to look ahead -- with renewed vigor -- at the year ahead.
Going by that, the only people who should (or could) be making resolutions now are those whose birthdays are in January.
Have a Happy New Year, in any case!
