Wash it again using a Shout Color Catcher to absorb any loose dye in the water. This probably won't remove the dye that already bled, but at least it will help prevent more bleeding. You're going to have a hard time removing what has already bled, but at least you haven't dried it yet. You could also try washing it with a product called Synthrapol, which helps remove excess dye. You might have to special order it, though.

Either you can take it to a dry cleaners ; or rewash it in only cold water with a liquid mild detergent ,then air dry it outside. I wash all my conforters, quilts only in cold water only ; also try using cold water wool lite or calgon or clorox safe color bleach this may help the colors not to bleed so much . ; this make help you as well.

Try bringing it to a dry cleaner, they might be able to fix the color bleeding and tell you what you should do in the future to care for it.
