It was going smoothly...I stopped talking to him b/c he's very immature and I really wanted this to be over with. I have been away from him for 2 years. We have 1 kid together and we were raising my oldest. I never stopped him from seeing them, I just didn't like that fact that everytime I let them visit out of state, he'll try to keep them. But that didn't stop me from letting him visit out here. In which he didn't. He doesn't even pay child support or gave anything to help with the kids...Divorce court is in 13 days, he has the kids right now for visitation for 5 days but he's calling me at work and at home wanting me to listen to him say he's sorry and he loves me and for us to be together. I've been over him, and been through too much with him. I told him to speak only about the kids or nothing at all...What can I do for him to stop harrassing me?

First of all get your kids back home. Then go through with your divorce, if thats what you want. Then set up a date in family court, for support payments for HIS child ( the father of your oldest child should be responsible for paying child support for his child) While your in divorce court, ask the judge to please ask your husband to stop bothering you in & out of work, there are laws protecting people from harrassment. Get a no contact order. You go to court very soon. Let the judge know what he is doing. You are correct in telling him talk about only the kids or nothing. You have done the right thing and moved on. He does not pay any child support or anything and that is just wrong. He had no problem sticking his dick into you and getting you pregnant, but he has a problem with raising them now? When you go to court, go for sole custody. Yes give him visitation rights though. And the judge is going to put in a child support order for you. It is something they have to automaticly do. So financial help for the children form the dead beat dad is soon on the way. Good luck in court!

Well, since he doesn't pay child support, he has no right to see the kids at all. So you could tell him that is he doesn't pay child support he will no longer be allowed visitation and since he tries to keep them when they visit, that should be a big warning sign to you that he could intend to hide them from you permanently. It sounds like he is trying to use the kids to make you love him and not go trhough with the divorce. You should tell the judge when you go to court that he has tried to keep the children and get an order saying that he can only visit and that if he keeps them from you that he can be charged with kidnapping.
You can also tell him that you have no intentions of ever getting back with him and that nothing he can say will ever make you change your mind. Of course, be sure your children are safely at home before you do this, or he may keep them out of spite.

lets off he trying to use the kids to get back with you. he does not help with any of his child funds to help rise his child and he takes the kids out of state, that should pop up a warning signal to you and you need to do it fast. you will need a restraining order and since he don't pay child support and your divorce won't be final for thirteen days he has a chance to take off with the kids and you never see them again. so if i were you i get the restraining ordered a temporary full causticity's of the kids and let him have supervise visitations till divorce is over.

Go to the courts and file a harrassment charge---------if he has been abusive towards then you can get a restraining order, however if you do this and then you yourself decide not to "hold up" to what the restraining says towards him it will automatically be come "void" in the eyes of the courts. I would imagine he will soon be paying child support.

hmm while genital warts will become a 'loss of existence sentence' then you certainly must be scared. std's have been around because of the fact the daybreak of time, some have remedies, others including genital warts...nicely, i think of those could nicely be bumped off? ridding the planet of std's could be like ridding the international of cockaroaches. individuals are so straightforward minded. removing the assumption of you being a stripper could be extra sturdy on a guy than some in all probability detachable warts!! erm, cried over warts? ya think of a few one died?

request the court to order that all discussions shall pertain to the children at all times. negative comments about the other parent shall be restricted in the presence of the children. everytime he violates this order, keep a journal. if he ever violates the order to return the children to him, you have everything else as a violaton as well.
when he says anything not regarding the children, you say "this conversation is over" and hang up. i record my ex. but i am really anal.

Do what my now exwife did...be my friend all this time and then as soon as the divorce is final (about 40 days later) tell him your are pregnant. No, wait do not tell him, let one of the children tell him. It helped me get over her, I now want nothing to do with her.
BTW - she still has not spoke to me about it
