Look at the back of your PC and see where the monitor cable plugs in.
If the socket where it plugs in is in one of the expansion slots (the small parallel-running notches in the back, about a half-inch wide and maybe four inches tall or wide,) that will be a non-integrated graphics card.
If it's in a section separate from the slots it's most likely integrated.
For a sure check open the case and see if the socket is attached to the motherboard or on a separate card plugged into the motherboard.

Integrated video cards have a plug for the monitor on the backplate of the computer. Basically where the keyboard and mouse plug into. If it's in a seperate slot near the bottem of the computer (4 slots or 8 slots), then it's not on-board video.

Go to start, control panel, system. Click on the hardware tab and open device manager (there's a button for it). Click on the + next to "display adapters" and see what it says. Generally if it says something containing "nVIDIA", "Radeon," "ATI", or anything AGP or PCI, it's not integrated. Usually if it says something about "intel xxxx chipset family" then it is integrated. If you're not sure, just google whatever it says under display adapters, and you should be able to find out with no problem.

Look on the back of your computer...if your monitor cable is plugged in a jack near a bunch of others and is vertical, that is onboard, if it is closer to the bottom of the case (assuming you have a tower-style case) and is horizontal, that is a video card and is not onboard.

Open the cpu and see if there is a graphics card, if there isn't then it's integrated.
Also if your monitor is plugged into a standalone slot.

Assuming you don't have your owners manual and don't want to take the sides of your pc off, the easiest way is to go to www.pcpitstop.com and run their free diagnostic check. It will not only tell you everything you need to know about your computer, it will also tell you how to optimize your system and how to clear any malware, scumware, viruses, etc. that you may find.
Good luck! :)
