There's a boolprop cheat that lets you remove the blur, but you won't see anything except Barbie and Ken-type bodies... lol To be able to see real anatomy, you'll have to download a patch from one of the Sims sites. Hope this helps. =)

I don't think there's a cheat for seeing your Sims naked... There is a patch, however.
