My own initiative, and I have a hard time around those who need to be told.

It depends on what it's in reference to. Look something up on the computer, it's my own initiative. Go to the dentist...not only do I have to be told, I have to be dragged in with an excessive use of force.

If I have reached the point of not caring, I need to be told.( a smack on the butt helps!) If I care enough to do something I will. But I will do things for others before I do them for myself.
