It's possible if you don't take the pill correctly. You must take it at the same time every day and not skip any pills.
If you're just starting it, you have to wait a month for it to get into your system and become effective. You should use a condom then if you have sex.
The pill is the most effective (99%), so there is a very slim chance of pregnancy.

Yes, it is possible to get pregnant while on the pill, but if you follow the directions exactly, it's very unlikely. Missing one or more pills could cause you to get pregnant. yes you can. It's only like 97% safe for pregnancy, and if you take an antibiotic while you are taking the pill, you are more likely to get pregnant during that cycle so you need to use another method of birth control during that month. Don't stop your pill though!

Yes you most definitly can. I was on the pill for 5 years, never missed one pill, and I got pregnant. I am currently 8 months :) Just be careful.

At times, yes. Some medications interfere with the pill, and once in awhile they just don't work, not often, however. I have only one girlfriend who got pregnant, and was on the pill faithfully.
