Ring the Wannado/Orange help line and get them to help put his settings back to what they should be.

They might charge since it was user error but what other options do you have?

This happened to me with my 3 year old playing on the computer and it would not let me sign on. I had to call my internet provider and they walked me through the resetting process. There is NO charge and resetting it back to a later date like someone suggested does not work I tried that too. You have to call your internet provider.

Need more data. Or contact Wanadoo techie folks and get them to talk you through set up / installation.
Meanwhile, find out who 'played' with the settings and do something evil to them!!
