It should be, after all, the router is just generic hardware and NTL is just a generic ISP.
You may have to change some settings of the router, such as connection configuration and such, but this should be fairly simple, (most ISP's provide a CD that will do it for you, if you don't wish to do it manually, I would advise you do it manually though).

well i work for blueyonder:ntl etc..
well depends on the model of the belkin since as long as it says cable/dsl on the router.
when setting up the router, choose either dhcp, dynamic ip addressing this is the only setting you really need.
