neighborhoods where blacks and Hispanics live are all messed up - dirty streets, stinky air, bad infrastructure, bad architecture, trash all over the place?? why ??
if you go to the white neighborhoods you'll see , clean streets , good infrastructure, nice architecture etc.. why?

I don't know where you live...but I'm black and my neighborhood doesn't look like the stereotypical poverty you believe all blacks and hispanics to be/live in. The answer to your question is poverty and not having or thinking one has self-worth, thus, the neighborhood one lives in goes to hell. Poverty affects all, not "some".

I think u just answered your own question. Sure a lot can be said for the people of a certain area by how kept their streets are. But even more can be said about the leadership that governs that area.
Money is funneled into the more "well-to-do" or affluent neighborhoods, making it easier to get jobs that typically the city takes care of done in a timely fashion, if even at all...

I've seen it in the ghettos, but white people live there as well, not just blacks and Hispanics. What I don't get is that, yes it might be a low income community, but you don't need money to clean up the trash from your lawn.

Its really not about the people its about the city's.... many blacks and Hispanics cant afford to live in the suburbs .. they live in areas where they may not even have a trash pickup system.
i wish people would understand ... in everyyyyyy race/ethnicity there are the clean people and the dirty people ... the nice people and the a** holes .... there is good and bad in everyone ... try not to look at it from a race prospective.

well in general, as seen in your question, it seems that white people discriminate against others. so, people of other races can't necessarily go to college, get good jobs, or get money to change their circumstances. people try as hard as they can to do what they can. and sometimes they can't provide for their families. that said, there are neighborhoods with white people in them that are dirty too. it's sad that no one takes the time to fix it.

i live in an upscale latin community in california and its clean, , ive realized that where i live that some latinos usually immigrants have to live where they can afford it and sometimes that means living in some of the most dangerous cities in america, theyll also usually centralize where they know others latinos kinda like reinforcement

Because those groups don't value themselves or what they own very much.
Many of them come from cultures that are just filthy. Try going to a marketplace in Mexico City sometime. We don't want to bring that here.
