It will prepare you to know what it is going to feel like. But it is nothing like the real thing. And no, it does not hurt the first time. It may be a little uncomfortable, but there should not be any severe pain. My first time did not hurt at all. Just make sure you are ready and relaxed, other wise your partner is going to have to force it in which could cause discomfort.

If you use something inside you, you will not enjoy the first time, IMHO. If your partner is careful and takes his time and uses sufficient foreplay to help you be prepared, it won't hurt. You might need to remind him to enter slowly. My first time (and believe it or not, I was 27 years old!) I just felt a little pop kinda like popping a knuckle. It didn't hurt, but I did feel it and I heard it, too. I had a tiny bit of bleeding, but just a spot.

I hope you are in a loving secure Marriage otherwise please don't even think about doing this, because you sound too young. Also remember you either do things to yourself ( as in things you regret the rest of your life ) and that's what it sounds like your getting ready to do- the other choice is you can do things For yourself ( as in things you will be proud of yourself years later for doing and now ) but this again, doesn't sound like something you will be proud about!
