find a reputable fashion school and take the classes required for the degree. i recommend Kent State University and Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, depending on where you live. also try and find a regular university with a fashion program.

Use a search engine, I like Google, and type in your search query, "fashion design degree". You should get many answers on cost, how long it will take, how to make an appointment to speak with someone in counseling and financing your education. Good luck!

Go to a fashion school and graduated to get your degree. Or you could take on line classes.

Go to a school preferably an art school that has a fashion program. it's usually four years. I reccommend parsons in NY and FIDM in san francisco.
