The nylon or titanium Christmas tree storage bags work good. You can get them really cheap after Christmas. There are ALL different kinds. I personally like the TreeKeeper - check out the video at http://www.treekeeperbag.com/TreeKeeper_Christmas_Tree_Storage_Bags_s/4.htm It acts like a simple tree skirt during the holiday season. Then when the holidays are over, open the tree skirt, grab the built in handles, and pull upward. It stores your tree fully assembled. See the links below:

Put the tree pack in the box it came in and then store it in the attic, garage, closet, etc. Store your all of your Christmas decorations with the tree so when you go to get everything next Christmas it is all together.

If you have the space, leave the tree fully decorated, cover it with a sheet (or two) and leave in in your spare room or cellar until next year. This will save you the time of redecorating from year-to-year. Although trimming a tree is fun, most of us have to work for a living and don't have the time. Anything that saves us time is great. Then we can enjoy the holidays more when they arrive.

I always put it back in the box it came in,but if not,put it in a large plastic gift bag, like can be used for bikes, etc. Or if you can find one, they do make a storage bag for Christmas trees too.

Store sell plastic storeage tubs that fit trees and wrapping paper in nicely. I keep all deco in storeage tubs and color coated tops, so I know what holds what (green-Christmas, orange-halloween, pink- Valentine's). Then I store them all in the tops of the doorway in storeage areas that our house has. I don't store anything in cardboard because it attracts bugs. I also don't store candles with deco because if they melt it is a big mess. Good luck

I would suggest putting it back in the box it came in....or....wrap it loosely in plastic bags and put it in the attic, garage, closet, spare bedroom, wherever you have room.
