Demi is a bra that is not a full cup, it's a half cup, you can get it in a push up or regular. It's made mostly for people who are in between cups. Like sometimes people who are in between a "B" and "C" cup, if they buy a "C" cup the wires tend to poke into their sides under their arm pit area, but if they get a "B" cup they have no support and are falling out. In this case they would get a "C" cup in a demi bra.
A push up bra pushes up and some push together, demi's tend to just push up and give a lift, they don't push you together.

A demi bra is for people that do not have full breasts or they have small breasts so they can fit into a small cut bra (not cup). There's also a balconette bra, which is similar to a demi and it works the same. Smaller shape means it won't have as much coverage.
A push up bra can be one of two things. A push up with padding, this can be gel filled, it can have a thicker pad for a cup, it can be removeable pads.
A push up with out padding just means the fabric that is under the nipple is not cut as wide, so the less fabric there and it's going to push your boobs up because they can't fill that part out if it's already snug. I'm a seamstress...I made one of these by accident :-/ And I'm quite familiar in the bra world.

I dont think a demi is a push-up. A demi just has a different shaped cup to allow you to wear tops with lower neck-lines. And we all know what a push up is. Take a look at a demi ull see the shape of the cup is different.

maybe the demi doent hold up boobs as much as the push up
