If you saw a bloody naked person on the side of the road/highway and there were no cops or authority around, what would you do?

I'd pull over, call the cops, stay on the phone with the dispatcher while I investigated the scene to see if said person was still alive. If not, I would get away from the body & wait in my car. When cops and perimedic arrived I would tell them what I did. I would avoid touching anything near or on the body as much as possible; but I would do everything I could for the person if they were still alive.

I carry a first aid kit that has what is needed to protect me from blood contamination. I have used it... I would stop and render what assistance I could... and call 911... if the person was dead I would stay and protect the area for the police investigation and to keep others from destroying evidence... I would not cover the body or touch it in any way other than in determining life or not.

Call the authorities...you don't touch bloody, naked corpses/victims found on the side of the road. It's called evidence tampering...

Hmmm, if they were dead, I would probably puke, then check it out, maybe snap a photos before the cops arrived.
If they were alive I would see if they could get in my car and I would take them to the closest hospital. Luckily I always have extra clothes in my car, I could at least make sure they are covered up on the drive.
