Sounds like you're trying to import a whale to your iPod.
Seriously, if you can find a way to import the music to iTunes, you can then download the music to your iPod.

In iTunes, go to File | Add Folder to Library. Then, choose the folder in which your Blubster music files are located and click Add. Those files will then be added to your iTunes and then can be uploaded to your iPod.
