I think he did it, but honestly, our justice system is not supposed to convict someone because of what people think. They are supposed to convict based upon evidence. There was not enough evidence for a conviction, yet 12 jurors decided he was guilty. Why is that? Because he had an affair, because he showed no emotion while she was missing- all that proves is that he is an asshole who didn't care about his wife. That isn't enough proof to convict. Before all of you talk alot of crap about how I could take his side, I'm not taking his side. Yes, I believe he did it, but our country is supposed to give people a fair trial and convict based upon evidence and that's not what happened in this case. The convicted upon personal belief. How is anyone else supposed to feel confident that they will receive a fair trial in our justice system if jurors are now convicting just because they think someone is guilty?

I believed him to be guilty from the start. He didn't look overly concerned about Laci and the baby. His emotions were too guarded. I don't believe in the death penalty, but think he should remain in prison for life so that he has plenty of time to realize what he's lost. But then again, a sociopath doesn't think normally, so maybe he doesn't care what he did or view it as wrong. Sad, sad situation.

I believe he is guilty. What kind of a man shows no emotion for his wife and unborn child during the search for them? A guilty man! He betrayed everyone in Lacy's family and his family as well as the lady he was courting. If he had problems in his marriage he could have resolved them with a simple divorce instead of going to the extreme.

He's guilty in one way or another. He had no emotions about his wife or child. Plus he was too busy smooching with the other chick. Glad he's put away.
